The AIA Health app is a simple and secure way to manage your health insurance from your phone or Apple Watch - including accessing your digital member card, submitting claims and keeping track of your cover.
Your digital member card, which you can access by downloading the AIA Health app, lets you tap and claim on eligible medical services at participating healthcare providers, no physical card needed. Learn more.
Search “AIA Health Australia” in the App Store or Google Play and follow the prompts to install.
To use the app, you’ll need an iPhone running iOS 16 or later, or an Android device running Android 8.1 or later.
Log in using your email address and follow the prompts. If you have any trouble, our team is here to help.
