The AIA Health Overseas Visitor Portal has been retired. The AIA Health app is the main and most convenient way to manage your cover online.

The AIA Health app is a simple and secure way to manage your health insurance from your phone - including submitting claims, keeping track of your cover and managing your premium payments.
Your digital member card, which you can access by downloading the AIA Health app, lets you tap and claim on eligible medical services at participating healthcare providers, no physical card needed. Learn more.
The digital member card is currently available for Android devices, with availability for Apple devices coming soon.
Search “AIA Health Australia” in the App Store or Google Play and follow the prompts to install.
To use the app, you’ll need an iPhone running iOS 16 or later, or an Android device running Android 8.1 or later.
