AIA Health Overseas Visitors Portal FAQ
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires you to verify your identity in two or more ways. This protects your privacy by making sure it’s really you that’s logging in to your account.
When you enter your membership number and password, a one-time security PIN will be sent to the mobile number listed on your account for authentication purposes. Please enter this PIN to log in to your account securely. If there is no active Australian mobile number recorded, the PIN will be sent via email.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking ‘Forgotten password’ on the login screen and following the prompts. You will need your member number and date of birth.
You can find your membership number on your AIA Health membership card and on your welcome email.
Yes, you can easily keep your contact information and personal details, such as mobile number, email, and address up to date on the AIA Health Overseas Visitors Portal.
You can quickly submit outpatient claims online by uploading a photo of your invoice. You can also upload additional documents to support your claims.
